North City Water District is soliciting contractors who would like to be on our 2021-2023 Small Works Roster for utility projects estimated at $300,000 or less.
North City Water District uses this application process to develop a single general small works roster from which the District solicits quotes and bids from contractors for construction building, renovation, remodeling, alternation, or repair of utility projects for which the estimated cost will be $300,000 or less. Such utility projects include installation and repairs of water mains and related construction activities.
Applications are good for 3 years* or until any contractor information on the application changes, whichever occurs first.
To be eligible for inclusion on our roster, interested contractors must download and complete the following document, and return it by mail to PO Box 55367, Shoreline, WA 98155, or in person at 1519 NE 177th Street, Shoreline, WA, 98155 by December 1, 2020.

*NOTE: If you have submitted within the last three years, (on or after January 2018) your submittal is still in our system. Please send a letter indicating you are still interested in providing service to the District but there is no need to make a new submittal.
Contractors with applications that contain obsolete information or that are older than three years will be removed from the District’s roster.
