Governor Inslee has issued Proclamation 20-23, pertaining to Utility Ratepayer Assistance and Preservation of Essential Services. North City Water District is committed to keeping our customers connected to essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic emergency. If you are experiencing hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may be eligible for support, including long-term payment arrangements or bill assistance. This Proclamation does not relieve customers from the obligation to pay for utility services. Additional financial resources can be found here >

1 – Online

If you would like to make a payment online, click here.

2 – Direct Debit

You are welcome to set up automatic bill pay through your checking or savings account.  There is no fee for this service.  To initiate this service, please download, complete and submit the “Direct Debit Application” form located on our Forms page >

3 – By Phone

Call North City Water District at 206-362-8100 and choose option #3.

4 – By Mail

Mail your payment to PO Box 55367, Shoreline, WA 98155. Please allow ample time for the US Post Office to deliver your payment by your scheduled due date. There is no additional service fee when you pay by mail.

5 – In Person

Our office is located at 1519 NE 177th Street in Shoreline:

  • Use our drive-up window during regular business hours
  • Put your payment into our drop-box to the left of the front doors
  • Come inside during regular business hours—currently not available during the COVID-19 pandemic
