Rate Discount Program for Low Income Households

North City Water District offers a discount program for low income households—with the bi-monthly Fixed Charge Single Family rate discount of 50% (actual water usage will be billed at the regular step rate amount).

Complete the form, and return it to North City Water District: PO Box 55367, Shoreline, WA 98155 -or- billing@northcitywater.org.
