About The Class
Gardening in the Pacific Northwest presents many water related challenges – from too much stormwater and drainage problems to several months of drought. Join Jessi Bloom for this free online class to learn the basics of rain gardens, rain collection, drainage solutions, and great plants for every garden.

Due to the COVID-19 emergency, we are offering this Savvy Gardener class online using the free Zoom platform. To register, you must provide your name and email address to [email protected] so we can send you a link to join the class.

Joining this free class on Zoom is easy. On the day of the class, check your email (and your spam filter too, just in case) for an email containing a link to join the class.
Using a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet, click the Join Meeting link just before the class start time (we will open the class at 6:15 pm to allow for any last minute technical adjustments).
You will be able to see and hear the presenter and her slide show, and you can ask questions through the chat feature. Attendees will not be able to share audio or video.
About Our Presenter:
Jessi Bloom is a best-selling author, award-winning ecological landscape designer, and speaker. She owns N.W. Bloom EcoLogical Landscapes, based near Seattle, which is known as an innovator and leader in the field of permaculture, sustainable landscape design, construction and land management. Jessi’s work has been recognized by government agencies and industry organizations, and makes headlines in national media. She lives near Seattle with her two sons on their permaculture homestead, which is full of functional gardens and rescue animals.
